Shipping policy

Helix Longevia Sciences LLC currently ships orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Helix Longevia Sciences LLC is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been provided, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and policies.

Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery. Helix Longevia Sciences LLC is not responsible for packages reported as lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Customers who utilize freight forwarders, package forwarding companies, mail forwarding services, or third-party couriers do so at their own risk. Helix Longevia Sciences LLC is responsible only for delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

USPS Shipping Insurance and Claims Policy

All domestic orders shipped by Helix Longevia Sciences through USPS Priority Mail include the standard USPS insurance coverage available for the selected shipping service (currently up to $100 for eligible shipments, subject to USPS terms and conditions).

If the value of your order exceeds the standard USPS insurance coverage, you may purchase additional shipping insurance during checkout by selecting the optional Shipping Insurance checkbox. The additional premium will be calculated based on the amount of coverage requested and will be added to your order total.

If you choose not to purchase additional insurance for an order exceeding the standard coverage amount, any value exceeding the standard USPS insurance limit will be shipped at your own risk.

Helix Longevia Sciences is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or mishandled after they have been accepted by USPS or any other shipping carrier.

All claims regarding lost packages, damaged packages, missing contents, delivery issues, or insurance reimbursement must be filed directly with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the applicable shipping carrier in accordance with their claims procedures.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all shipping risk transfers to the carrier once your order has been accepted for shipment, and that Helix Longevia Sciences is not liable for carrier-related loss or damage occurring during transit.

Any shipping issues must be reported to the carrier within the period of days of the carrier's policies and recorded delivery date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Helix Longevia Sciences LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
